Pecan & Cranberry Goat Cheese Balls

Ingredients for 8-10 Servings

  • 16 oz
    Cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 oz
    Goat cheese, room temperature
  • 4 oz
    White cheddar cheese, finely grated
  • 1 1/4 cup
    Dried cranberries, roughly chopped
  • 1 1/4 cup
    Pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 cup
    Green onions, chopped
  • Pretzel sticks

Method

  1. Combine cheese together and blend until smooth. Mix in ½ cup of the cranberries, pecans, and chives.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls. If the mixture is too warm, let chill in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes until slightly firm.
  3. Put the excess cranberries, pecans, and chives in shallow dishes. Rolls the balls through the coatings and cover to desired look.
  4. Place a pretzel rod down the center of the balls and serve cold.
