Unlike traditional fund-raisers, piggly wiggly’s Apples for the Students is easy and fun. Since many of
your students’ families currently shop at our piggly wiggly stores, your school already has a strong base of support
for this program. Best of all, everyone in your community can take part. It’s not limited to your
school’s students, administration and faculty. In fact, the more outside interest and enthusiasm
generated, the greater the benefits to your school.We know of no better way to serve the community than by enhancing the educational and developmental environment of our children. We look forward to your school’s success in this year’s program.

Educational technology changes daily! That's why your school is taking part in the AWG Stores Apples for the Students program that will help us earn needed educational awards without dipping into tight school budgets.
Thanks to the AWG Stores Apples for the Students program, we can receive computers, software, sporting goods, audio-visual aids, science items, books and other teaching tools, FREE in exchange for AWG Stores register receipts.
Receipts dated between September 1, 2009 and March 30, 2010 are valid.
When you shop at AWG Stores, save your receipts. Better yet, don't just save your own receipts -- ask your friends and relatives to save theirs, too! Send them to the school weekly and Apples for the Students volunteers at the school will do the rest.
